Product prices do not include shipping or any applicable setup charges. A one-time setup fee may apply and will be billed separately. Because products in an order may be produced and shipped from different locations, shipping will be calculated after the order is reviewed. We will coordinate fulfillment to help minimize shipping costs and bill the final shipping charges separately.

Production time does not include artwork preparation, proof approval, or transit time. Rush service and alternate attachments may be available by request.
