Artwork, Categories & Engraving

Upload your full-color show artwork and provide the exact wording for the engraving plate. For multiple award categories, include a complete list with the quantity needed for each version. Plate-color options and final placement will be confirmed during order review and proofing.

A digital proof will be sent for approval before production begins. Standard production is approximately 2 business days after artwork and proof approval, plus shipping time. Event deadlines will be confirmed during order review.

Artwork and setup: A logo setup charge may apply to orders under 50 plaques. Any required artwork, setup or other charges will be confirmed after order review and before production.

Shipping: Shipping is not charged at checkout. After review, we’ll email a separate shipping invoice before the order ships.
